No. SteamBotic provides bot infrastructure and a trade API with no website restrictions. Trade with any Steam user who can trade, through your own site, service or the dashboard.

Yes. With Hosting, you supply your Steam accounts and proxies. SteamBotic runs the trading infrastructure for $1.99 per bot per month.
Managed bots cost $4.99 per bot per month and include hosting, a private proxy per bot, maintenance, a bot dashboard, inventory tracking, trade API access and status updates.
Yes. Use the SteamBotic trade API to create offers that receive skins into a bot, send skins to a user, or exchange items. Signed webhooks report request, offer and settlement updates.
Not with Hosting or Managed—we run the infrastructure. Choose On-premises for deployment on your own cloud or servers.
Yes. The On-premises plan includes all Hosting and Managed features, deployed on your own cloud or servers. Contact us to discuss your deployment and pricing.
Follow trade offers in the dashboard or receive signed webhooks in your backend. Request success, offer acceptance and settlement completion are separate stages.
No. Steam sets trade holds and protection periods. SteamBotic tracks these restrictions and settlement updates, including reversals, so you can see which items are available.
Creating an offer does not automatically confirm it. Submit a separate mobile confirmation through the API or dashboard when required. Email confirmation is not automated.
Steam passwords and authenticator secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is supplied separately through server configuration, rather than stored with the encrypted account data.
Yes. We continually improve the platform and respond immediately to Steam updates, handling compatibility changes for you.

Choose a plan and tell us how many bots you need. Hosting requires your Steam account credentials, authenticator secrets and proxy details. API and dashboard offer creation also requires a callback URL; we will guide you through setup.
